How fast is your turn around time?
Usually, our production orders are done 2 times a week. Therefore, your order could take 2-5 days before we can ship.
Who do you use to ship my order?
Currently, We only use United State Postal Service (USPS) to ship the orders.
Do you ship outside of USA?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.
I received my order, but it's damaged?
Unfortunately, this is beyond our control however we will honor it on behalf our shipping provider mistakes. We need pictures to be taken and sent to us so we can assess the situation if deemed necessary.
My order do not look like what I designed?
For starter, it's not going to be exactly for many reasons. Usually, there will be some minor differences like the colors. Your monitor maybe adjusted based on brand or screen resolutions that may show colors that is darker/lighter. Font selection maybe slightly wider/taller or fall a little short when putting your design into our machine.
Of course, it is our duty to replicate close to your design online as possible. That is our goal!
I see you offering registration numbering set of 2, is it the same for lettering?
Unfortunately, No! We package the boat registration numbers set of 2 to be accommodating to the state registration rules. We make it easy for the customer. For your boat name and hailing port, you only need one of each.
I would like a refund!
No refunds! Your orders are custom cut through our vinyl machine matching your order online therefore, no refund can be provided. In other words, it's customed for you and only you.
Do you ship international?
We only ship in the US at the moment. This can change in the near future.
Ordering over the phone?
We always ask for the user to try designing their own boat lettering through our online design tool. We understand not all people are comfortable creating and ordering online. Please use out contact us form with your information and one of our sales representatives contact you with the order.
Do you only sell boat lettering vinyl?
We have been in the vinyl business for 30+ years. Currently, we have a website targeting for each industry market. As we grow online, we will move on to offering online design tool for different industry.
I need my boat lettering NOW!
We do offer RUSH job! However, depending on when you order; this is how we based the RUSH cost is. The best way to do is, contact us and we can let you know an approximately how rush we can attend with the cost providing.
